Darin Patmon

Chief Strategy Officer

Darin works with clients throughout the Tampa Bay Area on strategy and improving their organizational health and performance. He has experience in small to medium-scale transformational change, including organizational and cultural design.

Darin's background in psychology and leadership and development allows him to bring clients a unique perspective to issues surrounding human resources. Darin has helped clients increase their workforce productivity by implementing performance-management systems. 

Darin has a heavy focus on culture and behavior. While working with clients, he aspires to not only increase operational efficiencies but to also change the mind-set and behaviors of the individuals he works with.
